Register for our Advance Forum Europe Workshops
This year we are running workshops which are taking place the day after the event on Wednesday 24th April.
We are running two sessions which will focus on process and service design, and supporting AWD10:
Workshop A: Diving into design with AWD10
We will cover process and service design where you will learn the theory behind designing process models followed by a hands-on live environment where you will be able to test your new found knowledge. We will also cover monitoring giving an overview of the dashboard and how to create reports. Click here for the full agenda for this session.
Workshop B: You too can support AWD10
We will address the differences between legacy AWD versions and AWD10 from a support perspective. We will provide hints and tips on the tools and knowledge required to support AWD10 and advise on how to troubleshoot today’s AWD solutions. Click here for the full agenda for this session.
The workshops will take place at our Moorgate office in London, from 9am to 1pm. Lunch will be provided.
